ValPort - embellishing the port
The aim of ValPort is to improve the quality of the port’s public areas and take landscape issues into account in future developments, in order to offer businesses an efficient and attractive working environment.
The initial stage in the programme involved a working party taking a close look at the whole of the port area and noting everything that could be improved, from the smallest thing that no-one notices any more to abandoned areas where projects would allow a change in perception. This ‘diagnosis’ made it possible to come up with more than 500 ideas that are gradually being transformed into projects.
ValPort reflects the PAS’s desire to take action in order to constantly improve the quality of its public areas and the image of the port area; it is also a process that federates our services around the objective of achieving user satisfaction and maintaining the port’s power of attraction. ValPort is not just a set of projects – it is a state of mind that guides those projects.
